If you wish to apply for one of our properties you need to provide us with the below listed documents :

• Copy of your ID document
• Work permit
• Salary statement or copy of your work contract
• Non debt certificate
• For the guarantor : all the documents listed above plus a guarantee letter

When signing a lease you must provide us with the below documents :

• Rental Guarantee
• Cleaning deposit
• Third party liabiliy insurance
